October/November Prayer Letter

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” James 5:16b

October/November 2007

Greetings in Jesus Precious name!

Thank each of you for your faithful prayers! And please don’t stop now! These past two months have been a whirlwind of activity, and we have especially sensed the Lord’s protection, provision and leadership as you have prayed for us – THANK YOU! In our last prayer letter we asked for the Lord’s help in filling some gaps in our schedule and He has done just that, several times getting us meetings with a weeks or less notice! We have been in 6 missions conference and 7 other meetings in Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio, Iowa, Texas and now in Colorado in the last 8 weeks! We have meetings throughout the remainder of the year in Nebraska, Texas, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. Please continue to pray for our safe travels and that the Lord would use us to be a blessing and encouragement to His churches. Pray with us that the Lord would raise up the supporting churches that we need for the work He has called us to!

Prayer Needs - VISA Situation!

We have a number of important decisions to make in the next couple months concerning our visas. There are several factors that, will determine which type of visa we will be able to obtain and when our departure might be scheduled. Right now we need wisdom and the Lord’s direction and confirmation for the next few steps. Please pray with us that we can get the necessary sponsorship and paperwork we need in a timely manner. We would like to leave as early as mid-February if it is possible. Only the Lord knows, but we ask you to pray with us for everything to fall in place if it is His will.

PRAISES:

We are continually grateful for churches that have a burden and concern to partner with our ministry to see the Gospel taken to Colombia. We wish to extend our thanks to the Saints at Cozaddale Baptist Church, Goshen, OH, Pastor Terry Burke, Victory Baptist Church, Wichita Falls, TX, Pastor James Turner and First Baptist Church of Peaceful Valley, Colorado Springs, CO, Pastor Alan Payne for adding us to their missions family! THANK YOU!
